Easy InnKeeping is the most user-friendly reservation and guest management software of its kind in the market and aids you in all aspects of managing an inn such as room scheduling, reservation scheduling, guest billing, guest contact management, inventory management, occupancy and income analysis reports. Easy InnKeeping is available for both Microsoft Windows as well as Macintosh Operating Systems. Our new Deluxe Version includes an option to export data to QuickBooks and
MYOB.
Easy Innkeeping
ASP (Application Service Provider) is the latest product that we
have released. This a complete property management system (PMS) with
the flexibility of running this through an Internet browser.
Property management and reservations can be taken from anywhere any
place as long there is internet connection.
You can compare this to using a Desktop computer vs. a Laptop
computer.
The web based system is like the Laptop computer where ever you go
if you have an internet connection you can use the software.
The PMS product has a small setup fees and a small monthly fee
that covers your support, product upgrade and data backup services.
This system provides you an opportunity to get a reservation system
with no obligation and a small initial investment. We back up the
data and provide a way to download the data in case the data needs
to be kept locally for back up reasons.
This reduces the headache of doing regular back ups and keeping up
with virus problems etc.
The product follows the same user friendly design and layout as the
traditional Easy Innkeeping. The product is SQL Server based and the
hosted at our own data centre. Since this is a web based system, it
becomes very easy to install and also to update the product
regularly.
This product is one of the very few PMS that is web based. For
resellers this provides a way to earn residual income as long as the
client is using the service.
